Moisture Meter

The moisture meter is one of the best tools an inspector uses to confirm a potential moisture problem. We commonly use this instrument to detect hidden moisture around window frames, walls and ceilings around chimneys, around toilets, and finished basement walls and carpets.

Thermal Imaging

A good thermal imaging camera has multiple uses during a home inspection. One popular use of this technology allows us to scan an entire wall or ceiling in seconds, looking for potential hidden water leaks that aren’t visible to the naked eye. If a problem area is found, we have the exact location identified to further investigate with our moisture meter.
